Well, I'm a foodie, who loves to pair food and drink (usually wine or beer). Love good food, and get very upset when I pay good money for a bad meal. I think that locally produced fresh ingredients make the best meal. Wish I had a chef at home to prepare meals for me, for I'm a poor excuse for a cook...but I try. Good old fashioned home cooking is what I do best. I learned it from my dad. He was an great cook! I make awesome spaghetti sauce and beef stew!
