2 ounces of rice wine vinegar
2 cloves of roast garlic
1 medium roast red pepper
4 ounces of good neutral oil
3 ounces crumbled stilton blue cheese
Fresh ground pepper & salt to taste

Method: In a blender add the vinegar, garlic and roast red pepper and blend thoroughly. With the blender running drizzle in the oil then add the stilton cheese and blend briefly. Taste and adjust seasonings.

It sounds a little odd but try and you'll love it. The flavors work well together.
