| Description | One of my favorite foods is a prime grade steak right off the grill. NY strip steaks, filet mignon (better pan roasted than grilled), cowboys steaks and rib-eyes are my favorites. Nice and thick cooked just shy of medium-rare. A little béarnaise or a good steak sauce and yes sometimes even ketchup will do! |
