I'm a Southern Gentleman so I have to go with Grits, Bar-B-Que and Chicken and Pastry!! LOL -- Seriously though, I'm a true foodie and have too many favorites to list them all. I'm not a huge fan of fried food so I'm not allowed to attend my Baptist Church Socials anymore!!! :-) I love French and Italian food (Northern) and Peruvian food is high on my list but I'm partial because of my God Daughters' and Best Friends' Country of Origin. I visited Lima in March '07 and fell in love with city and people there. I'm looking forward to seeing Italy in the summer of 2010 but I'm going back to Peru this summer to visit and tour Cusco and Machu Pichu.
