I love to cook, even if its just for myself. And I love to eat out, no matter if the restaurant is fancy or funky, as long as the food is good. As my mother used to say "Most people eat to live, I live to eat!" I am also very fond of wine (so I'm also on MustLoveWine.com!), considering it an important part of dinner, and sometimes lunch.


I am currently working on the San Diego International Wine Competition (www.SDIWC.com), which occurs on March 21 and 22. Then there will be the Critics Challenge (www.CriticsChallenge.com) on May 23 and 24. Then on June 14, there is the Wine & Roses charity event (www.WineAndRoses.net). So unfortunately I'm too busy to spend much time keeping current with my MustLoveFood and MustLoveWine friends. But feel free to email me if you see something on this site that I should know about!

If I had to chose one protein, probably chicken because it can be prepared in so many different ways. I also love shrimp, so quick and easy. Salmon is a favorite fish. Of course, with a nice red wine I crave steak! I enjoy most ethnicities of food. About the only thing I don't like is raw fish! Not a big dessert eater, though I like to make creme brulee once in a while.
